We’ve improved how we keep you informed during audits, assessments, and compliance projects—faster updates, clearer action items, and fewer unnecessary emails.

Key Improvements

We focused on three areas to improve your notification experience: timeliness, clarity, and control.

  • Timeliness: You’ll receive key updates sooner (kickoff confirmations, evidence request changes, milestones reached, and delivery readiness).

  • Clarity: Notifications now include a short “what changed” and “what we need from you” section, so next steps are obvious.

  • Control: You can choose which topics you want updates about and who on your side should receive them.

What you can opt into

Depending on your engagement, we can send notifications for:

  • Evidence request updates (new items, changes, due dates).

  • Risk and finding updates (new high-severity items, status changes, verification completed).

  • Audit milestones (fieldwork start/end, draft report ready, final delivery).

  • Compliance change highlights (when relevant to your scope).

How to set it up

To enable or adjust notifications, tell your ITGS contact:

  • Who should receive updates (names + emails/roles).

  • Preferred frequency (real-time for critical items; daily/weekly digest for everything else).

  • Topics to include (audits, risk analysis, evidence requests, milestones).
