We’ve improved how we share audit and assessment deliverables—clearer packaging, safer distribution, and smoother handover to internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Key Improvements
We focused on three areas to improve sharing: security, clarity, and speed. Changelog updates are most useful when they state what changed and what it means for the reader.
Security: More consistent access control and least-privilege sharing practices for sensitive evidence and reports.
Clarity: Deliverables are now structured for easier handoff (executive summary, detailed findings, and an action plan with owners/next steps).
Speed: Faster stakeholder sharing through standardized “handover packs” (so teams don’t reformat documents or rebuild context).
What you can share (cleanly)
Auditor-ready evidence packages (scoped to what’s required, with clear naming and traceability).
Shareable remediation plan extracts for engineering/IT (prioritized actions, deadlines, verification criteria).
Leadership-friendly snapshots (top risks, current exposure, and recommended decisions).
How to request sharing setup
Send your ITGS contact:
Who should receive what (roles/emails), and whether third parties (auditors, legal, vendors) are included.
Any restrictions (NDA-only, view-only, no forwarding, retention limits).
Preferred format (PDF, spreadsheet, structured list for tickets).
